Woon in SomersetWes, werk in Stellenbosch.

Hi, I'm the webmaster of this site, and the lucky owner of 'Mr. Badger'. I started with Brenda Buttercup when I got her for a song when I mentioned to a friend that I was in the market for a bigger scooter to replace my 150cc Vespa. At first I didn't want her, thinking that BMW bikes must be just like their cars - common. How wrong was I... Brenda and I did the Anysberg trip in 2005, and we did the introduction to off-road rider training at Zevenwacht, and Julie and I and Brenda had a threesome at the ''Intro to offroad rider with pillion training''. Brenda Buttercup: In the Tankwa Karoo reserveBrenda Buttercup: In the Tankwa Karoo reserve I have been married 20 years, and have two sons - one doing 3rd year Property Studies at UCT, and the other Sound Engineering. I sold Brenda to my eldest when I got Mr.Badger - a beautiful blue and white 2003 R1150GS - in 2007/8. Now my wife Julie owns Brenda and we do trips together. Mr.Badger at Klipbokkop: This is the jumping on the advanced courseMr.Badger at Klipbokkop: This is the jumping on the advanced course Mr.Badger is a bike among men. I have done the intermediate and advanced offroad courses with him, and practise skills challenges and allsorts. If I drop him, he just lands on his tappet-cover protectors, waits for me to pick him up, then shakes the sand out of his pelt. He has over 140 000km on the clock and is still going strongly. Training

I am the first person to have completed every one of the courses provided by Country Trax and I was awarded a certificate for this honour, as well as a complimentary training course. I believe that regular training and courses are essential to maintaining your riding skills and improving your safety on a bike.

My name is Leon and I have a GS650F with ABS and heated grips. I work in the communication sector - mainly in the data side. I went over seas a few years ago and realized that we have the best country in the world. We just do not appreciate it enough. Now I try my best to see it by making a dot on the map and going for it.Leon LeeLeon Lee

Hi, to any one that reads this...I'm David Cade, my wife Elsa and we live in harmony in a forest estate in Hout Bay. We have two children, Ben, 25 and Sophia 22. We have bought the GSA to have some fun and thats just what we are doing. We ride when ever the opportunity presents its self...and love it!! Hi my name is Theo and I started riding again after a very long break. Bought a Z13 Kawasaki in 2004 and really enjoyed being back on a bike. In 2009 I bought a K1200GT (flying brick) and in 2010 I finally decided that gravel roads were the better option and I got that F800GS that I've been drooling over. My wife Emmie then wanted her own bike so she has the 650 Xcountry and enjoys it.

Real name Nico I am a tourguide/operator. I also own a 1986 K75S but have always wanted a GS. I mainly use the GS as extra transport to dodge traffic, also like to do longer rides on the weekends. Not geared for offroad so I mainly keep to tar.
