We have had a couple pull out of the Lesotho Tour departing next Friday for 10 days.
Cost per couple DB&B is R15k, they are prepared to take R10k.
The Tour includes Katse Dam with a 200km mountain pass, 2 nights in the Drakensberg and 2 nights on the Coast at the beautiful Crawfords Cabins outside East london.

So as most of you know, the guys at Libravision are hard at work getting the final half hour show ready about the 2013 Bike Fest, for screening on the Ignition Channel on DSTV, on the weekend of 27 and 28 April, confirmed.
One of these screenings happens at 09H00 on Sunday 28th April and I have taken the liberty of booking the Drift Wood Cafe in Parklands (behind Super Plants) and arranged a buffet breakfast at this really fine eatery.

The Woodpecker is famous for their mouthwatering pizzas and you can look forward to sinking your teeth into either the Woodpecker Special (for the carnivores) or the Mediterranean (the vegetarian option). This will be for your own account. This ride is weather permitting and subject to change.

We are planning to go to Elim to deliver supplies and entertain the kids on 8 June.
A group of people will do the Makro shop the week before the 8 June ride and prepare the sweet parcels.

Come and join your fellow Club Members for a Mystery "Off Road" day ride this coming Monday the Public Holiday.
The route, which is a surprise, will leave from the Swartland Engen 1 Stop on the N7.
The ride will suit all riders but I do not suggest you come on this ride if you have never ridden off road before.

As usual we will have 3/4 groups going on this very popular weekend. We encourage you to persuade your partners to come along with you and enjoy the ride and evening with us.

Over the years there have been requests for a "Roadies" Tour to Namibia but we have just never had the time to put such a Tour together. Now that I have some time on my hands and in discussion with Warren we have decided to offer a Club Tour to Namibia.
The Tour itinerary would look something like the following ;
Day 1) Depart Cape town on the N7 heading for Springbok where we spend our first night.
Day 2) Depart Springbok for Vioolsdrift where we cross the border into Namibia heading for Keetmanshoop where we turn off to Luderitz where we overnight.
